Excellent customer service. These guys are really here to help. Will walk through every step of the process you need to go through and are honest, trustworthy people. My best experience with a shop. Josh is very knowledgeable, professional, and overall a great human being to work with. This is where all my cars will go to get serviced from now on.

We were on our way home to Chicago, and our Mercedes Sprinter van started going crazy with everything blinking, flashing, and windshield wipers going on and off no matter what we did to stop them. We found Walker Auto through Google. They took us under their wing, ran a diagnostic check and gave us an idea what was wrong. Unfortunately they were unable to service our sprinter van due our timeline, but they were more than helpful, giving us locations and recommendations of other places that could possibly help. We went to pay for their services and they said oh no, you guys are fine. We were there at least an hour. Amazing people! So helpful and so kind!

Went in for an oil change. The tech servicing my vehicle made me aware of other issues, which I’m grateful for. Issues other techs at a different location failed to notify e about. First issue had to do with my wheels (wheel bearing, brakes and rotors). Without these I could have had a terrible outcome if not addressed and taken care of. I will definitely be back for future repairs. Staff was very pleasant and the Tech was amazing at his job. Thank you so much Walker Automotive. Wish All techs were like the gentleman that did my service.

Called regarding a shredded AC belt that was previously fixed through them. They got me in 30 minutes later, identified the issue, and had the belt replaced free of charge by shop open the next morning. Hard to find that efficiency anywhere else!
