I found Walker Automotive through a Google search. Since I’m in Clarksville, I initially assumed they were local, only realizing after my first call with Will that they’re actually in Kentucky. Even so, based on their reviews (and how great that first phone call was), I decided they were worth the drive. And I’m so glad I did. When I arrived, I was greeted by Martha (I think!). There was another lady I encountered, both incredibly kind and welcoming. They were expecting me and got my truck in quickly for evaluation. I originally went in for what I thought was a simple serpentine belt replacement, but it turned out there were several other critical issues that needed attention. Will walked me through everything, helping me prioritize what had to be done immediately and what could safely wait, which I truly appreciated. The technicians, Anthony and Shane (I believe that was his name), did a thorough, professional job and completed the work in a timely manner. And bonus points: Walker Automotive provided a loaner car for a few days, which was a huge help. Will kept me updated throughout the entire process and even made sure I was well taken care of when he wasn’t in the office. The whole time, it was driving me crazy because Will’s demeanor and customer service reminded me of someone from a movie, and it finally clicked while writing this review: Barney Thompson, the hotel manager from Pretty Woman! You truly feel like a VIP at Walker Automotive. They are absolutely worth the hour drive. I left with complete confidence that nothing was going to fall off my truck, thanks to their quality checks and the genuine care they show every customer who walks through their doors. 10/10 recommend. People were very friendly and service was great!

It truly is refreshing to see a Shop be totally honest with your vehicle and its Repair. I will feel comfortable taking my vehicles to Walker automotive in the future because they did not try to take more money from me than was necessary to figure out what to do with my vehicle. They kept me informed the entire way and upfront about everything that was happening. Communication was great it was by phone calls and texting. Do not be afraid to use the shop. They are worth their weight in gold because of their honesty which you do not find in a lot of places, but you do here.

From now on this is the only place I will bring my vehicle. Eric who inspected my van was up front and honest with me. He showed me what was wrong with it and took it for 2 test drives. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Everyone was so friendly . I didn't expect the shop to be so clean. I would highly recommend having your vehicles repaired here.
