From now on this is the only place I will bring my vehicle. Eric who inspected my van was up front and honest with me. He showed me what was wrong with it and took it for 2 test drives. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. Everyone was so friendly . I didn't expect the shop to be so clean. I would highly recommend having your vehicles repaired here.

Front office staff were very personable and polite. Waiting area was comfortable and snacks were a nice touch. I really appreciated that I was walked back to where my car was being worked on and that the mechanic himself explained what he had found. Once my car was completed, the mechanic again came to speak with me; concerned that he had had to lower my headlights considerably. It turned out they were perfectly positioned! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the work on my car. I will continue to bring my VW BEETLE to Walker automotive.
