Eric and Andy could not have been nicer. You could tell by chatting with them they both have decades of experience in the idustry. After the diangnosis Josh the head of the shop personally walked me throught the vehicle while it was on the rack and addressed each found issue line item by line item. Eric, Andy and Josh were never pushy, it was "get back to us whenever is best for you."

Everyone was so helpful and they gave their honest opinions on what I needed to do in my situation, and that was actually to not spend the money to have it fixed. If you want honest folks to repair, or not in my case, these guys are that rarity in the auto repair business. I’ll certainly be back.
