08 Impala needed suspension repairs both front and back as well brakes all the way around. Would have done it myself but the car sits too low to the ground and pretty darn rusty under there. Just didn't feel like fooling with it. Walker Automotive fixed it right up in a timely manner and realigned it, drives and rides like new. Very professional, friendly and the best technicians in the area. They are my go to shop from this point forward. Thanks Andy and the rest of the crew!

The first time I called Walker Automotive to see if they worked on VW Beetles, there was no hesitation in their positive answer! I felt at ease instantly, as it seems I have had to literally talk other mechanics into touching a Beetle. I have since been very happy with the way I am treated on the phone and in person, but especially with the work that has been done on my car. We knew exactly what was being done and what it was going to cost and took advantage of the drop-off service for the driver while the car was being worked on. First time to take a car to be repaired here. I was originally told it would be a week to get my car in to be repaired. They then invited me to leave my car and they would work me in. They were able to work my car in and repair ahead of the original time quoted. They were very open to explaining the problem with the car and my options. They did a great job of communicating the status to me . I appreciate their help and will be calling them in the future as needed for additional repairs.

It may be a small business but they certainly have a big business mindset. I appreciate the reminder call/text, the customer service as soon as you hit the door, and the fact that I don’t have to go all the way to Nashville because of the make and model of my vehicle.
