Over the past 3 years, I have taken my car to different places in Nashville to ask them to do a full diagnostic and tell me everything that’s wrong with my car. With a shortage of mechanics, most places don’t have time for that. It takes 2 weeks just to get a car in somewhere – you have to make an appointment now – which is crazy. I didn’t feel safe driving my car, because I couldn’t get anyone to go over it in detail to let me know everything that needed to be fixed. A good friend from Kentucky recommended that I drive an hour and 20 minutes to take my car to Walker Automotive. My friend speaks highly of them, and so I did. From the moment I walked in the door, Eric, Dustin and Will welcomed me with a smile. I was immediately impressed by not only their friendliness and compassion, but their knowledge, expertise and professionalism. I also witnessed how they treat other customers, as well. Walker Automotive is a high-end place, but you wouldn’t guess that because the owner and employees are all salt of the earth. They take pride in what they do. They were VERY thorough. They fixed everything on my car, and even gave me a loaner car to take back to Nashville so that I wouldn’t miss any work! Another thing I noticed is that whenever someone would come from the garage area – whether a mechanic or another employee – they, too, shared warm, welcoming smiles. It seems that these folks all enjoy working there…which says a lot. It was totally worth it to drive all the way to Elkton and back. I now have a car in excellent working condition, and for the first time in over 3 years, I actually feel safe driving my car. I’ll be able to drive this car for years to come. I am forever grateful for this amazing crew, and I highly recommend Walker Automotive!
