Did a great job on our Subaru Outback. Diagnosed the issue, provided estimate of various work to be done, and performed the work in a timely fashion. Also, communication was excellent: took a few days to get the part from Subaru but it was Subaru’s issue, and we were kept well informed. Took 1 point off for price as it seemed a little high to me but as mentioned previously everything else was great.

I had a great experience at Walker Automotive! The team was knowledgeable and fair. They were candid about diagnostics and gave me options for my car repair. The pricing was in line with the research I had done for my car’s specific issue. The customer service was phenomenal and they even let me use an empty office there when I had to take a work call. It was totally worth driving from Hopkinsville to Elkton!
