This company is so deceptive. They don’t listen to their customers and ended up changing out a part they didn’t need to. We had told them multiple times we had already changed it and it was not the problem. We were charged hundreds more(on top of already paying to replace the part the first time). When we asked for our old working part back they had already trashed it. Mysteriously, some of our lug nuts were changed after our truck was returned causing more shaking. Coincidentally they wanted to charge us $1795.70 to change our struts and shocks… we found an honest mechanic to do it for under $1000. The only thing that was positive is they gave a reasonable price on the oil change but their receptiveness makes me second guess the oil change was done completely.

Heidi, I have reached out to you guys but you have been unavailable. We apologize if we did not listen to your concerns properly. We looked back over the information since this happened a few months ago. We attempt to address all customer concerns and handle them promptly. Unfortunately we did not meet your expectations. We will take this situation as a learning experience and will improve our systems and processes to improve our overall customer experience. We appreciate you and wish you the best.

This place amazes me everytime I come. I have an older vehicle, but they treat me like I matter. It’s always so clean, everyone is so respectful, and they always offer you a water/coke/coffee. The emailed print out of diagnostic is my favorite. Highly recommend.

Have taken my wife's 2006 XC90 to Walker Automotive several times for repairs. One problem I was having was traced to the instrument cluster. The cluster was sent to a company in Canada. It came back with the tachometer not working correctly. That was not the original problem. It was sent back and fixed with Walker Automotive making sure it was repaired under warranty. I was kept updated by Shannon with phone calls and messages as she always has when I've taken my wife's car to Walker for repairs. Josh, the chief technician, has always taken the time to explain what was done and any other potential issues. I've always been satisfied with the repairs and appreciate Larry their driver and the shuttle service from Clarksville. Shannon, Larry, Josh, Andy, and the rest of the Walker Automotive team; friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Tony
