This company's efficiency and customer service is wonderful! The lady at the front desk is very helpful and always displays a wonderful attitude! Just last week my tire blew out and Walker Automotive was happy to send someone to where I was at to put on my spare for me! It was closing time and they showed no apprehension in helping me! What a great place of business!

We are so extremely grateful and impressed with Walker Automotive they went above and beyond our expectations for work needing done on a very special BMW. Our son PFC Joshua McKaskle purchased this car in Alaska, and was killed in November of 2018. Awesome service. Constant communication and feedback as to the status of my car. IMO, this alone is the most important thing a repair shop can provide that singles them out from the multitude of repair shops. Been taking my wife’s mini here now for 3 yrs. Never disappointed!!

We dropped the Audi A3 on a same day appointment, near closing time, not expecting feedback for 2-3 days. However, Walker performed a thorough diagnostic and estimate on the car the next day. Very easy and friendly to work with and great communication.
