Eric and his employees did a QUICK and fantastic job troubleshooting and fixing my BMW. Eric and Mandy are very personable, professional, and go the extra mile for their customers. I really like the fact that they pull up pictures of what the mechanics see and explain to you exactly what work is being done to your level of understanding. I know next to nothing about vehicles, so it meant a lot that they will spend the extra time with me. Never bringing my BMW to anyone else!

Knowledgable, trustworthy and caring owners and staff. I bought my '01 740i from them in 2011 and make the trips for regular maintenance. I don't trust the maintenance on my BMW to anyone but Eric and Josh. Watch out for the sales manager, though! You'll end up buying yourself a new ride.
